They are seeking a Talent Coordinator to support resource planning and talent operations, ensuring projects are properly staffed and talent processes run efficiently.ResponsibilitiesHelp coordinate team schedules across multiple projectsAssist with assigning team members based on availability and project needsTrack team capacity and utilization, and flag scheduling conflicts or gapsSupport booking freelancers when additional support is requiredUpdate and maintain our resource planning platformEnsure schedules and allocations are accurate and up to dateHelp maintain visibility across teams on resourcing and project allocationAssist with onboarding coordination for new hires (checking documentation, scheduling, and systems setup)Support employee benefits administration, including enrolment and updates across Canada and the US teamsHelp respond to general employee queries and support day-to-day HR administrationMaintain accurate employee records and documentation within our HR systemsSupport coordination of internal processes such as 30/60/90 check-ins, surveys, and performance reviewsAssist with ongoing improvements to HR systems and processes as the organization evolvesSkills1–2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, HR, or support roleStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build positive working relationshipsHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesInterest in Talent, HR, Resource Management, or OperationsExperience supporting scheduling, coordination, or project trackingComfortable working with tools and systems (e.g., resource planning tools, HRIS, or similar platforms)Ability to stay proactive, anticipate needs, and help keep teams and processes running smoothlyStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environmentPassion for creating a positive and supportive employee experienceInterest or experience in creative, advertising, or digital industriesExperience using resource planning or project management tools is a plus, along with familiarity with HR or people systemsExperience with onboarding, employee support, or general HR administrationBenefitsFlexible time off, including paid vacation and sick daysConsistent culture and team-building eventsEmployee recognition and incentive programsSeasonal celebrations and gatherings throughout the yearOffice lunchesBranded company swagAccess to industry events, learning opportunities, and non-profit outreachesDog-friendly officesUnlimited coffee, drinks, and snacksFlex work and travel optionsComprehensive extended health benefitsCompany OverviewWe understand that social media is more than likes, shares, and comments.
