Job Overview We’re looking to hire a Clinical Trial Associate who will provide support to Clinical Trial Leads and assist Project Managers in the execution of clinical trials. What you’ll do • Maintaining accurate records of all activities related to the study • Submit study documentation to Trial Master File • Manage & audit trial master files (TMF) and study documents • Proactively identify risks and escalate to Project Manager and other appropriate functional leads • Together with the Project Manager, ensure transparent communication both internally and externally regarding study progress and issues What you’ll bring • Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical research experience • Demonstrate an understanding of clinical procedures, laws, and regulations • Experience in neurology clinical trials • Knowledge of medical terminology • Early phase clinical trial experience • Clear and effective communication • Strong organizational skills & attention to detail • Ability to see the bigger picture and prioritize the critical elements of success $60,000 – $80,000 a year This role is fully remote, based anywhere in the US.
