Key Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Ā Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding candidates.
Ā Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify, engage, and attract high-quality candidates.
Ā Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and define candidate requirements.
Ā Create and implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific roles, with an emphasis on ethics and compliance.
Ā Maintain and update candidate information using various Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as ADP and Lever.
Ā Provide insights on recruitment metrics and suggest improvements for better candidate experience and process efficiency.
Ā Stay current with industry trends, particularly in corporate and ethics-related recruitment.
Qualifications for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Ā 3+ years of experience in recruiting, with a focus on corporate or ethics-based roles.
Ā Proficiency in ADP and/or Lever ATS platforms.
Ā Strong headhunting skills with extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networking tools.
Ā Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ā Proven ability to manage multiple job requisitions and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills for the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
Ā Familiarity with recruiting in the corporate sector, particularly in ethics and compliance.
Ā Experience working with large corporate clients, such as Oncor.
Ā Knowledge of additional HRIS or ATS platforms is a plus.
