The ideal candidate has an innate ability to connect with others, advanced understanding of full-cycle recruitment strategies, and ability to manage a high-volume workload and call volume. This is not a remote opportunity.* What You'll Do Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategiesPost and maintain job postings within our ATS (Lever), Indeed, and LinkedInActively source and attract passive talent using various channels such as job boards, social media, realtor platforms, Lever CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networkingReview applications, conduct phone screens, qualify candidates, and schedule interviews for hiring managersManage the offer process to include drafting offer recommendations, extending verbal offers, negotiating, drafting offer letters, etcWork directly with executive leadership to develop strategies, processes, and procedures related to talent acquisition and retentionCollaborate frequently with the People Operations Manager and Director of Operations regarding position status and onboarding detailsResearch, develop, and implement talent acquisition strategies and process improvementBuild and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings What Qualifies You 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experienceExperience using applicant tracking systems (ATS)Strong written and verbal communication with an ability to provide feedback and suggestionsSkilled in negotiations and salesHigh level of urgency, attention to detail, and organization skills What Sets You Apart Real estate, lending, or property management industry experienceUnderstanding and use of personality assessments - DISC, 16 types, etcExperience hiring Realtors
