Healthcare Service Manager - Midwest City, OK

The Healthcare Service Manager is responsible for providing an exceptional customer service experience to all healthcare clients within the territory. The Healthcare Service Manager exceeds customer expectations by providing timely issue resolution, billing accuracy, and proper execution of key performance metrics.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
• Maintain high-high level relationships across customer’s web of influence.
• Ensure proper execution of contract terms and conditions. Service, billing, resolution, performance, etc.
• Maintain customer records, milestones, etc. in CRM daily.
• Participate in various customer meetings such as Business Reviews, Linen Committees, Standing Meetings, etc.
• Conduct on-site activities such as linen audits, inventories, quality audits, etc. as needed or directed.
• Maintain expertise in the Healthcare Linen space through continuous training with HLAC/ALM/Etc.
• Possess knowledge of products, services, and other capabilities of the territory’s laundry plants.
• Must develop and maintain a distinct understanding of the territory’s competitive landscape.
• Possess knowledge of infection prevention policies and linen utilization best practices.
• Daily expectation of customer-facing interaction, multiple meetings and client actions per day.
• Act as the liaison between client, transport, and processing facility to meet or exceed desired outcomes.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Accountability- Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
• Appearance – Must maintain a professional appearance appropriate for a healthcare business environment.
• Communication, Oral- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Communication, Written- Ability to communicate in writing clearly and concisely.
• Conflict Resolution- Ability to deal with others professionally during issue resolution.
• Mathematics – Ability to analyze, interpret, and comprehend financial statements & reporting.
• Must have proven applicable skills and history of success in these core competencies.
• Valid driver’s license
• Possess computer skills in Excel, Word, CRM, and Microsoft Outlook
