Job Description
• Partner with Senior Recruiters to support the full recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer process support
• Manage a select number of requisitions independently, with increasing ownership over time
• Proactively identify and engage top talent through platforms such as LinkedIn and other targeted sourcing channels
• Coordinate complex interview schedules across multiple stakeholders, ensuring efficiency and a high-touch candidate experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to support a structured and efficient hiring process
• Assist with recruiting analytics, reporting, and ongoing process enhancements

The Successful Applicant
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or recruiting coordination
• Background in a corporate or professional services environment is strongly preferred
• Comfort working in an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear, professional communication and a collaborative mindset
