Responsibilities
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Ā Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns.
Ā Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive customer experience.
Ā Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer issues or feedback.
Ā Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
Ā Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Ā Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
Ā Previous experience in a call center or client services environment is preferred.
Ā Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ā Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
Ā Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
Ā Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
Ā A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
