[Remote] Business Development Manager

AllClear Aerospace & Defense is looking for a Business Development Manager to manage and build relationships with existing OEM partners while identifying and pursuing new opportunities. The role involves overseeing partner agreements, negotiating contracts, and creating budgets, all aimed at driving revenue growth and ensuring compliance with deliverables.ResponsibilitiesAssumes full responsibility to manage specific OEM partner accountsEnsures OEM partner agreement/contract compliance and deliverables are achievedConducts Program Management Reviews (PMR) required in contractNegotiate Agreements including renewals and expansionsCreates annual OEM budget based on agreement, historical sales and market conditionEstablishes prosperous long-term relationships with assigned OEM partnersHandles OEM partner questions, resolve issues/problemsCreate presentations; prepare executive brief, PowerPoint templates, etcMeet or exceed prescribed KPI targetsIdentifies revenue growth opportunities within OEM partner agreement and create SalesForce campaignsRecognize improvement opportunities; execute improvement plan and followsSupport Sales Team and Business DevelopmentTravel requirements: Approximately 30% or as requiredSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience5+ years in business, or equivalent business development experienceDesired background in Sales, Account Management, or Customer ServiceAerospace/military aviation/maintenance experience is a plusPast experience working for an OEM is preferredMicrosoft Office Suite, including Outlook email and calendar requiredIntermediate to advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills requiredERP system experience required; Quantum experience idealFluent in EnglishAbility to read, analyze, and interpret general business informationAbility to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manualsAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managersAbility to work with mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and divisionAbility to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situationsCustomary physical demands for office environmentTraditional office environmentUp to 30% domestic/international travel may be required as deemed necessary to perform this jobForeign Language skills desirableSalesForce experience a plusCompany OverviewAllClear Aerospace & Defense is the military aviation aftermarket industry’s leading provider of mission ready solutions.
