Talent Acquisition Marketing Communications Intern, Summer/Fall 2025

As part of the Talent Acquisition Marketing Team, you will be part of a group of creative individuals working with the recruitment organization to attract and engage top talent to a company known for creating magical experiences for people of all ages. Approximate dates of this internship are May/June 2025 - January 2026.
What You Will Do:
As a Communications Intern, you will make an impact through your passion for social media marketing, creative writing skills, content development, and strategic communications. All of these qualities will come together, as you help change lives by sharing the Disney story with candidates around the globe.
On any given day you might:
Curate and create content optimized for social media that amplifies and extends our employment brand, inspiring candidates to picture themselves in a role with Disney.
Provide support for internal and external communication plans.
Develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization and collaborate within our team to help ensure we tell our story in innovative and creative ways.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Strong knowledge of social media channels and platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Facebook
Ability to conceptualize, shoot and edit video/photography that stands out in the social and digital space
Passion for staying in tune with emerging platforms, industry updates and content trends in the digital/social space
Talent to write in varying tones, voices and styles in order to speak to a diverse audience
Comfort working independently but confident enough to ask for guidance and input when needed
Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information
Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn while proactively taking on new challenges
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in communications, marketing, journalism, social media, communications, or content development
Proficient in Abode Creative Suite
Education:
Junior or Senior year preferred
Major or previous coursework in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related major preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
Fully available for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing and transportation in the Orlando, FL OR Los Angeles, CA area
Please note: You will work remotely a majority of the time, with occasional onsite work required

The pay rate for this role in California or Florida is $22.00 per hour.
