Role Drive recruiting coordination efforts for the BeReal TA teamManage candidate applications, responses and organise initial exchanges with TA members or Hiring ManagersConduct pre-qualifications for specific positionsMonitor candidate pipeline and ensure proper follow-up in ATSPartner with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategy by role/teamEnsures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle Profile Available asap for a 3 to 6 months internship A first experience in recruitment would be a +Familiar with the fast-paced environment with big ambitionGreat analytical and organizational skillsCurious and business-orientedFluent in English
