TA Specialist
About the position
As a Talent Partner, you will join the global Talent Acquisition team and lead efforts attracting, sourcing, and selecting top-tier talent with both Sales and Manufacturing backgrounds. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners in a consultative role to understand staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
⢠Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and qualifications.
⢠Utilize data and up-to-date market insights to advice on market realities or alternatives.
⢠Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies within a variety of channels.
⢠Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with requirements, culture, and values.
⢠Guide the manager and candidate through the interview phases, ensuring a robust and effective assessment process forthe company and a smooth and engaging experience for the candidate.
⢠Artfully manage offers and negotiations, finding a successful outcome for both parties.
⢠Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, growing the future pipeline.
⢠Support the company's diversity initiatives by engaging in additional diversity sourcing when needed and supporting a diversity focus throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
⢠Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices to continually improve the recruitment process and experience.
⢠Contribute to the development and implementation of talent acquisition initiatives and projects.
Requirements
⢠3+ years of experience as a full life cycle Talent Advisor/Partner
⢠Experience has a consultative advisor, driving the recruitment process and outcomes.
⢠Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
⢠Strong sourcing techniques
⢠Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport and credibility with hiring managers and candidates.
⢠Influencing and negotiation skills
