About the Role
We are seeking a System Administrator who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in keeping our core technology systems running smoothly, securely, and efficiently across our dealership network.
You’ll work with modern tools and platforms while supporting day-to-day operations that directly impact our teams and customers.
What You’ll Do
Support and administer Dealer Management Systems (DMS) critical to dealership operations
Manage and maintain phone systems and integrations
Execute smooth and secure employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune, and endpoint management tools
Monitor system performance, security tools, and access controls
Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents and service requests
Maintain clear and accurate system documentation
Assist with compliance, audit readiness, and security initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting IT systems in a multi-location or fast-paced environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Exchange, Intune)
Ability to manage priorities and respond to time-sensitive issues
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
