System Administrator Location: Remote (Latin America, aligned to Eastern Time) Position Highlights The System Administrator will manage Windows servers, networks, and security, and provide remote technical support to teams and clients in the U.S. Eastern time zone. Responsibilities Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows-based servers and workstations.Manage domain controllers, network connectivity, and security protocols.Monitor and maintain cloud backup systems to ensure data availability.Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.Configure and manage firewalls, ports, and high-availability network setups.Assemble, upgrade, and maintain desktop computers and related hardware. Qualifications Fluent English (C1+) required for client and team interaction.3+ years of IT support or system administration experience.Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016/2022.Networking skills (routers, switches, firewalls).Experience with domain environments and Active Directory.Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.Comfortable working in a remote environment with accountability tools.Ability to work aligned with Eastern Time (EST/EDT).
