Responsibilities:
This key leadership role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and is responsible for overseeing all treasury activities across the organization. The SVP Finance, Treasurer will play a critical part in driving the company’s financial strategy, ensuring optimal liquidity, effective risk management, and supporting overall business growth.Liquidity, Cash & Capital StrategyOversee daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planningOptimize working capital and short‑term investment strategiesAlign liquidity management with enterprise growth objectivesBanking & Debt ManagementLead relationships with banks and financial institutionsNegotiate credit facilities, banking services, and fee structuresManage debt instruments, covenant compliance, and lender reportingFinancial Risk ManagementDesign and execute strategies to manage interest rate, counterparty, and other financial risksOversee insurance programs and hedging activitiesEnsure alignment between risk management and capital strategyTreasury Operations & ControlsSupervise treasury operations including payments, cash disbursements, and bank administrationStrengthen internal controls, policies, and complianceDrive automation, scalability, and standardization across treasury processesStrategic Initiatives & M&A SupportProvide treasury expertise for acquisitions, integrations, and financing transactionsPartner with Finance, Legal, and executive leadership on capital‑related initiativesLeadership & CollaborationBuild and lead a high‑performing treasury (and tax, if applicable) teamServe as a trusted advisor to senior leadershipCollaborate across Finance, Operations, IT, and business leadership
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant certification (e.g., CTP) preferred15+ years of experience in the insurance, financial services, and/or professional servicesExtensive experience in treasury management, preferably within a mid-to-large-sized organizationExperience working in private-equity-backed, fast-growth organizationsDeep expertise in cash management, capital markets, debt financing, and risk managementStrong executive communication and financial modeling skills
Additional Information:
The salary range is $275,000 to $350,000 per year. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills and abilities. This role is eligible for an annual performance-based bonus. This job is fully remote.
