Sustainability Reporting
About the position Responsibilities • Oversee internal processes related to sustainability reporting and EU CSRD compliance. • Manage day-to-day tasks to deliver necessary ESG data for reporting obligations. • Conduct data disclosure gap analysis and monitor evolving ESG-related regulations. • Lead data structure management for external reporting, including new CSRD requirements. • Determine appropriate disclosure venues for reporting requirements and organize disclosure data. • Prepare ESG Rating questionnaires for review prior to submission to external assessment providers. • Create and implement internal controls for all ESG-related data points and methodology documentation. Requirements • 3-6 years of experience in sustainability reporting. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or a related field. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines effectively. • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Self-motivated with project management capabilities. • Collaborative nature and ability to work across various internal teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with VBA/Macros skills preferred. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, AI, or Chat GPT skills.
