Sustainability Reporting
About the position The Sustainability Reporting professional at Tradeweb Markets will oversee internal processes related to sustainability reporting, focusing on compliance with EU CSRD regulations. This role involves managing the collection and organization of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data necessary for reporting obligations, with strategic guidance from the Global Head of Sustainability. The position offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to significantly impact Tradeweb's sustainability initiatives. Responsibilities • Oversee internal processes related to sustainability reporting and EU CSRD compliance. • Manage day-to-day tasks to deliver necessary ESG data for reporting obligations. • Conduct data disclosure gap analysis and monitor evolving ESG-related regulations. • Lead data structure management for external reporting, including new CSRD requirements. • Determine appropriate disclosure venues for reporting requirements and organize disclosure data. • Prepare ESG Rating questionnaires for review prior to submission to external assessment providers. • Create and implement internal controls for all ESG-related data points and methodology documentation. Requirements • 3-6 years of experience in sustainability reporting. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Sustainability, or a related field. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple project timelines effectively. • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Self-motivated with project management capabilities. • Collaborative nature and ability to work across various internal teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with VBA/Macros skills preferred. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, AI, or Chat GPT skills.
