Associate Responsibilities
Ā It is the responsibility of the associate to ensure uninterrupted internet connectivity and 'work-like' environment at home location so that associates can deliver their best in terms of productivity and quality.
Ā Being able to work an assigned schedule that falls within our operating hours is required and expected.
Ā Answer customer queries/questions in a timely manner.

Ā Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment
Ā Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs
Ā Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base

Ā Ability to debug basic errors with Discord bots

Ā Ability to maintain composure in highly escalated situations
Technical Requirements
Ā Ability to use pterodactyl control panel.
Ā Basic understanding of Linux and docker
Ā Ability to use the WHMCS billing system.
Ā Ability to use Crisp live chat software.
Ā Ability to identify and troubleshoot Minecraft server errors
Other Requirements
Ā Must be 16 years or older to apply no exceptions
