Sr. Solution Architect [REMOTE]
Iteris is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect to join Iteris' innovative team to lead the customer adoption and growth of our cutting-edge solutions, as Iteris brings global transportation technologies to the Americas through Almaviva's Moova software solutions. What you will be doing: As our transportation technologies Solution Architect you will drive the adoption of the Moova solutions with public agency and enterprise customers You are a customer obsessed believer in the transformative power of technology You will help solve our customer's business problems through creativity and technical acumen You will champion key concepts for our product roadmaps based on your intimate customer knowledge The role will carry as Sales / Business Development growth expectation Lead the end-to-end delivery process for integrated Moovia customer implementations, including support Design Reviews, product configurations and or customizations Identify, track, and solve key customer business problems using Moovia full product suite Support the Business Development, Marketing and Product teams in product roadmap innovations, customer outreach and GTM strategies Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new areas for growth through creative problem solving and relationship building Strive for industry leading software subscription renewal rates and net dollar retention rates Monitor and drive the growth of Moovia accounts, identifying opportunities for further expansion and enhancement at our top accounts Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, addressing any challenges and facilitating continuous improvement Other duties as assigned What you need to be successful in this role: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field / relevant experience Minimum of 7 years of experience in software delivery management in the transportation / public Proven track record of managing large-scale software deployments and customer relationships Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach Deep understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and internal teams, including internationally as needed Iteris anticipates paying a base salary between $127,700 and $142,200 for this role.
