Supply Chain & Logistics Manager
Hyprwork is a fast-growing operator of direct-to-consumer brands, with Rejuvacare as its flagship in the health and wellness space. We build and scale DTC brands that reach millions of customers through paid digital channels. The company manages a portfolio of consumer products across multiple categories, all manufactured through OEM partnerships in China and shipped primarily to the United States. We are at a stage where operational excellence matters as much as growth speed. Our supply chain connects factories across southern China to warehouses, fulfillment partners, and customers around the world. The person in this role is the critical link between upstream manufacturing and downstream logistics, and their ability to operate with precision, build strong partner relationships, and maintain product quality directly impacts business performance. THE ROLE The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager owns the full supply chain operation for Hyprwork’s product portfolio. This means product sourcing from OEM factories, quality control, price negotiation, inventory management, warehouse coordination, and global shipping, with the United States as the primary destination market. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role. You will manage relationships with multiple manufacturing partners, coordinate with fulfillment and shipping providers in southern China, and ensure that inventory levels, product quality, and shipping costs remain aligned with business targets. You are the single point of ownership for everything between the factory floor and the customer’s door. The role requires someone who can operate independently in a fast-moving environment, communicate clearly across cultures and time zones, and make sound operational decisions without waiting to be told. This person must be comfortable working with lean tools and processes while maintaining the rigor of someone who has operated at scale. WHAT YOU'LL OWN Product Sourcing & Quality Control You will manage relationships with multiple OEM factories across China, sourcing products across the portfolio’s core categories. You are responsible for validating product quality, negotiating pricing, and ensuring that new product requests from leadership are fulfilled within standard lead times of two to three weeks. Product listings need to stay fresh and competitive, which means sourcing is an ongoing, high-frequency activity, not a quarterly exercise. Inventory Management You will maintain inventory levels that support a six to eight week sales window across approximately 20 SKUs in three main product categories. Monthly shipment volumes average around 100,000 units, so inventory planning must be precise. You will track inventory using current tools (Google Sheets, Slack) and ensure that stock levels align with sales velocity, seasonal demand, and production lead times. Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordination You will coordinate with fulfillment partners who operate shared warehouse facilities in southern China near Guangzhou and Shenzhen. The company does not own or rent warehouse space directly. Instead, you manage the relationship with partners who handle storage, picking, packing, and shipping on a per-order fee basis. You are responsible for ensuring these partners meet quality and speed standards consistently. Shipping & Cost Optimization You will manage two or more shipping partners and own the shipping cost structure. Current costs average six to eight US dollars per shipment, which is above industry norms. You are expected to lead cost reduction initiatives by introducing competitive bidding among shipping providers and negotiating volume-based discounts. A cost reduction target of $0.50 to $1.00 per package is a realistic near-term goal. Returns & Quality Issue Management You will support the returns and quality escalation process in coordination with the customer service team. Returned products are inspected for defects, and the process includes replacement shipments and structured refund policies. Used products hold no resale value and are disposed of after return. You will track defect patterns and work with factories to address recurring quality issues at the source. Cross-Functional Collaboration You will work closely with the Director of Operations, the customer service team, and company leadership. Product sourcing requests come frequently from founders and leadership, and you must be responsive, communicative, and proactive in managing expectations. This is a role where your ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures is just as important as your technical supply chain expertise. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience & Background 5+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics management, with significant time working in or with manufacturing and fulfillment operations based in China. Proven track record managing OEM factory relationships, negotiating with shipping and warehouse partners, and overseeing inventory for a product portfolio with multiple SKUs. Experience in DTC ecommerce, consumer electronics, health and wellness products, or similar consumer goods categories is strongly preferred. Must be based in China, ideally in or near the Guangdong province (Guangzhou, Shenzhen, or surrounding areas). Operational Depth You know how to manage a supply chain end to end, from factory production schedules to last-mile shipping. You understand lead times, quality control processes, and the economics of fulfillment and shipping at volume. You have managed shared warehouse arrangements and understand the cost structures that come with outsourced fulfillment. Negotiation & Partner Management You have a track record of negotiating better terms with shipping providers and factories. You know how to create competitive tension between partners and leverage volume to reduce costs. You manage partners firmly but fairly, and you hold them accountable to agreed standards. Communication & Collaboration You communicate clearly and proactively in English, both written and spoken. You are comfortable working with a fully remote, multicultural team distributed across multiple time zones. You raise issues early, share updates without being asked, and collaborate constructively with colleagues in operations, customer service, and leadership. You handle disagreements professionally and solve problems through direct, respectful communication. Builder Mentality You do not wait for perfect tools or systems. You are comfortable working with Google Sheets, Slack, and basic operational tools while maintaining the discipline and accuracy of someone used to ERP environments. You identify inefficiencies and propose solutions without being asked. WHY JOIN US This is a high-ownership role in a company growing fast with real ambition. You will have full control of a critical business function, direct access to leadership, and the autonomy to make decisions that directly impact the bottom line.
