Supply Chain Analyst - Logistics

Remote Full-time
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding logistics and distribution company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. You will be instrumental in optimizing our supply chain operations, from procurement and inventory management to warehousing and final delivery. Your core responsibilities will involve analyzing complex supply chain data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction. You will develop and maintain performance metrics (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of supply chain processes and report findings to management.

Key duties include forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and improving warehouse efficiency. You will work closely with procurement, operations, and transportation teams to ensure seamless integration and flow of goods. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the overall supply chain performance, reduce lead times, and improve customer satisfaction will be a primary focus. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and expertise in supply chain management principles. Experience with ERP systems and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) is highly desirable. You should be adept at identifying trends, conducting root cause analysis, and presenting actionable recommendations. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a significant opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of our client's supply chain. You will have the chance to implement innovative solutions and make a tangible impact on the efficiency and profitability of our logistics network. The hybrid nature of this role allows for focused work on projects while maintaining essential team interactions.
