Responsibilities:
Oversee daily construction operations and ensure project timelines are met.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and construction workers on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address issues.
Manage project budgets and resource allocation effectively.
Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
Implement best practices for construction management and efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
