Subrogation Team Attorney

The Subrogation Team Attorney will provide legal support, handle subrogation recovery files, and advise on legal issues related to Subrogation Operations. Responsibilities Advises General Counsel on relevant legal issues regarding Subrogation Operations Provides timely and suitable legal review and advice to assigned subrogation recovery team(s) Ensures that possible adverse suits and legal matters towards clients and Company are handled appropriately Provides training in relevant legal issues as assigned to new and current analysts Communicates with Subrogation Analysts as needed with information and guidance regarding new court decisions, statutes, and regulations and the potential impact on file handling Skills Juris Doctorate from an approved ABA law school License to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky One or more years of experience in personal injury, criminal, or civil law preferred Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a keen ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization Very strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Benefits PTO Paid Holidays Volunteer Days Eligibility for health, vision and dental coverage 401(k) plan participation with company match Flexible spending accounts Tuition Reimbursement Eligibility for company-paid benefits including life insurance Short-term disability Parental leave Remote and hybrid work options Company Overview Machinify is a SaaS platform that enables non-technical enterprises to build AI-powered products and processes.
