Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Subject Matter Expert – Hospitality Training & Operations. The candidate will design, develop, and deliver effective training solutions related to hospitality operations.

Responsibilities include creating instructional materials, facilitating virtual or in-person training sessions, and providing expert insights to enhance customer service standards within the hospitality sector. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve training programs is an integral part of the role.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong skills in Communication, including verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Expertise in Training & Development and the ability to design and deliver effective training programs tailored to the hospitality industry.
• A strong background in Customer Service, with a deep understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience enhancement.
• Experience in analyzing training needs and measuring the effectiveness of learning programs.
• Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for training delivery is a plus.
