Job Summary

SNHU is seeking a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented Student Worker to assist our Content Facilitator in creating, organizing, and distributing engaging, search-focused content. This role is ideal for a student who is interested in communications, digital media, or content development and wants to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, creative environment.

This is a project-based position, consisting of 10-15 hours per week on average. This position requires the selected candidate to work remotely, choosing their own schedule in compliance with weekly project benchmarks and deadlines. Primary duties will be geared toward what is needed by the team and by what the worker has a desire to learn. There also may be opportunities for a hybrid schedule for candidates within commuting distance of Manchester, New Hampshire.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct research to support content development projects
• Organize and upload content to internal platforms
• Maintain and organize shared content repositories
• Learn about search engine optimization (SEO) and apply your growing knowledge to new and existing content
• Assist in the development of social media content
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions

Minimum Qualifications:
• Enrollment in a marketing, communication or related undergraduate or graduate program at SNHU
• Work study as part of your financial aid package
• Interest and/or experience in content marketing
• Proficient in English language

Work Hours:
• Schedule varies
• Average 10-15 hours per week

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
