Key Responsibilities:

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve customer issues effectively, providing clear and concise solutions, product information, and troubleshooting assistance.
Feedback Management: Gather and document customer feedback to identify trends and challenges, and promptly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams for further action.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Whirlpool’s product line, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate and up-to-date assistance to customers.
