Customer Support Specialist - Chromatography Solutions (Remote - USA)

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, chat, and web inquiries, providing product recommendations, troubleshooting support, and assisting with orders.
Collaborate with the Technical Product Support Team and Sales Team to provide product support for separation science-related products and services.
Assist customers with product information, recommendations, application searches, and preliminary method development.
Utilize CRM, ERP, ticketing, and chat software to document interactions and provide support.
Work towards meeting global and regional sales revenue goals and associated KPIs.
Provide world-class customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings and foster strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science such as Chemistry or Biology.
1 year of Sales or Customer Service experience.
1 year of exposure to chromatography and/or sample preparation.
Strong desire to work in a teamwork environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office and database management.
Ability to quickly master new software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
