Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible for the right candidate)About the RoleThe Enterprise Grocery Growth & Ops Specialist will play a key role in supporting Account Managers as they expand and optimize DoorDash's enterprise grocery partnerships. This position involves executing campaigns, launching new stores, auditing catalogs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational success.Responsibilities
Ads & Promotions:
Set up ad and promotional campaigns in Salesforce.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely campaign launches and updates.
Analyze campaign performance using SQL queries and dashboards.
Develop insights and recommendations for grocery partners based on campaign data.
New Store Launches:
Manage the end-to-end process of launching new grocery stores on DoorDash.
Follow structured steps to ensure smooth onboarding and operational readiness.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet launch deadlines.
Catalog Audits & Updates:
Monitor and maintain grocery merchant catalogs (menus) on DoorDash.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve catalog-related issues.
Respond to merchant concerns, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer success.
Proficiency with Salesforce and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
Experience creating presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across teams.
