Key Responsibilities
• Analyze business operations, market trends, and organizational performance
• Develop strategic recommendations to improve business growth and efficiency
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and financial assessments
• Collaborate with clients and leadership teams to identify business opportunities
• Prepare reports, presentations, and strategic planning documents
• Support business transformation and process improvement initiatives
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of consulting engagements
• Present findings and recommendations to executives and clients
• Stay informed on industry trends, economic conditions, and market developments
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or management consulting
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
• Experience with business strategy frameworks and financial modeling
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of project management methodologies
• MBA or related advanced degree is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional and executive-level teams
