Join the Snowflake team.As the Enterprise Marketing Manager - Thailand, you will work closely with the account team to develop and drive targeted key account programs to generate awareness, quality pipeline, accelerated sales cycles and customer advocacy and adoption. The Enterprise Marketing function is responsible for driving pipeline generation through enterprise and ABE initiatives to meet or exceed revenue goals for Thailand.You will also be expected to successfully collaborate with a variety of individuals and teams as well as manage numerous projects simultaneously, in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is a highly-organised, self-starter with a natural curiosity and growth mindset.IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL GET TO:Identify Thailand enterprise market requirements/opportunities, develop Go-to-Market Strategies and ensure strong alignment with Sales and other cross-functional teamsDevelop & implement end-to-end enterprise marketing programs including ABE, executive engagement, demand generation, joint partner programs and industry specific initiativesIdentify the most effective enterprise marketing materials, channels, and messaging for key accountsEngage & maintain direct alignment with Sales and cross-functional teams in terms of all pre/post event communications, and enterprise marketing-driven campaigns/promotion strategiesDrive executions within budget, logistics, timelines & vendor managementEvaluate all campaigns’ impact & ROI to determine the success and forecast for potential future investmentON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:10+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience within enterprise software/SaaSBachelor's Degree in, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fieldDemonstrated success in highly collaborative partnerships with other marketing and cross-functional leaders both inside and outside the companyThe experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust and unique 1:1 as well as 1:many campaignsExperience building and delivering of enterprise field marketing campaigns, events, executive and key account programs and joint partner activityHands-on execution ability with effective project and time managementProject management, prioritization, organizational skills, accuracy in performance, ability to anticipate the needs of sales and details drivenAbility to maintain an optimistic, approachable, and proactive attitudeFluency in English language, both spoken and writtenProblem-solver with a growth mindsetSnowflake is growing fast, and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
