About the position

The Strategic Workforce Planning Practitioner at State Farm plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of Organizational Effectiveness and Strategic Workforce Planning. This position involves guiding business leaders through strategic frameworks, integrating data insights, and delivering actionable recommendations to enhance workforce planning and talent strategies.

Responsibilities
Ā• Serve as the primary or secondary planner on engagements, addressing key workforce risks and conducting skills supply/demand analyses.

Ā• Support the development and execution of the skills strategy by contributing to the articulation of the long-term vision and implementation of tools and processes.

Ā• Build strong partnerships across HR stakeholders to ensure cohesive, actionable insights for business areas.

Ā• Demonstrate leadership by influencing diverse groups and driving strategic initiatives to deliver impactful results.

Ā• Conduct research on internal and external trends and analyze long-term workforce implications.

Ā• Leverage a range of data sources and apply workforce measurement concepts to support stakeholders.
