Core Responsibilities: Your primary role is to ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers. You will conduct pre-flight safety checks, perform safety demonstrations, and respond to in-flight needs. Qualifications & Requirements: We are seeking team players with a passion for service. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have the legal right to work in the United States. A valid passport for international travel is essential. A High School Diploma or GED is required. You must be fluent in English. Training & Work Schedule: This entry level position begins with our comprehensive 6-week paid training program in Atlanta, GA. Upon graduation, you will be assigned to our New York (JFK) base. This role requires full flexibility for a variable roster that includes day and night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Compensation & Benefits: Delta offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $35,000 to $55,000 (based on flight hours), plus per diem.
