About the position
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for facility maintenance and MRO services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sourcing needs and requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
• Analyze market trends and supplier capabilities to inform sourcing decisions.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in facility maintenance or MRO services.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing supplier relationships.
• Proficient in data analysis and market research to support sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in the retail industry, particularly in home improvement or facility management.
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools.
• Certification in supply chain management or procurement (e.g., CPSM, CIPS).
