As a Strategic Quality Manager at Workwarp, you will play a critical role in establishing and implementing our strategic vision for quality across our key business units. You will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan to expand our quality efforts, including the establishment of a quality council, the development of quality metrics, and the implementation of a quality scorecard. You will also be responsible for identifying areas of improvement, driving continuous improvement efforts, and leading quality improvement projects across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic plan to expand quality efforts across our organization
Establish a quality council with representation from all business units
Develop and implement quality metrics and a quality scorecard
Identify areas of improvement and drive continuous improvement efforts
Lead quality improvement projects across our organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality excellence
Develop and manage a skills development program for the quality team
Provide thought leadership and support for quality managers and analysts

As a Strategic Quality Manager at Workwarp, a typical day will be fast-paced and dynamic. You will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our quality strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement efforts. Leadership and Engagement
As a Strategic Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of program managers and quality professionals. You will be expected to provide clear direction, guidance, and coaching to your team, and to drive engagement and motivation. You will also be responsible for collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders to drive quality excellence and continuous improvement across our organization.

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

8-10 years of experience in an operations environment, with at least 4+ years in a leadership position
Proven experience in quality management, including the development and execution of quality strategies and plans
Strong communication and influence skills, with the ability to communicate vision and concepts clearly and persuasively to various leadership levels
Community-focused, with a passion for delivering world-class customer support and a commitment to understanding stakeholders' needs
Strategic, with the ability to deliver vision and strategy that balances strategic transformation initiatives alongside iterative improvement
Strong analytical thinking skills, with the ability to develop in-depth understanding of customer needs and make decisions using quantitative and qualitative insights
