Position Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Strategic Partnerships Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you'll ensure our customers maximize the value they receive from Tavrn’s solutions, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
β€’ Manage and nurture relationships with strategic customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and ongoing engagement.
β€’ Identify opportunities for account expansion and growth, actively driving customer retention.
β€’ Communicate effectively with customers, prioritizing and managing their requests and feedback.
β€’ Understand and navigate complex customer workflows and requirements, providing tailored support and solutions.
β€’ Collaborate internally with sales, product, and engineering teams to align customer feedback with product improvements and developments.

Qualifications:
β€’ 3–5 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as account management, sales, sales engineering, or consulting.
β€’ Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer relationships.
β€’ Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple customer requests simultaneously.
β€’ Capability to understand complex customer needs and workflows, adapting quickly to deliver effective solutions.
β€’ Relationship-driven mindset with a passion for ensuring customer success.

What We Offer:
β€’ Competitive compensation with salary in the range of $150,000 - 200,000 (placement within range based on experience and qualifications).
