Strategic Partnership Manager – Tele Call – Banking (SPM)

Drive Bnkhub’s expansion by onboarding Banking Service Points (BSPs), nurturing merchant relationships, and transforming local shops into mini banking hubs. Lead business growth by promoting transactions, loans, and investment products, ensuring seamless financial access within the district.

• Job Summary: The SPM will play a crucial role in providing technical support to existing Banking Service Points (BSPs) and driving sales by onboarding new BSPs. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving technical issues, providing information about Bnkhub's products and services, and persuading potential partners to join our network.
• Key Responsibilities:

Tech Support:

• Answer inbound calls from BSPs and address their technical queries related to Bnkhub's platform, software, and devices.

• Provide step-by-step guidance to resolve technical issues and troubleshoot problems.

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical team and follow up on resolutions.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support requests.

• Stay updated on Bnkhub's products, services, and technology to provide accurate and timely support.

Tele Sales:

• Make outbound calls to potential BSP partners and introduce them to Bnkhub's business model and value proposition.

• Explain the benefits of joining Bnkhub's network and answer questions about the partnership program.

• Persuade potential partners to sign up as BSPs and guide them through the onboarding process.

• Achieve monthly sales targets for BSP acquisition.

• Maintain a database of potential partners and track their progress.

General Responsibilities:

• Adhere to call quality standards and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

• Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.

• Contribute to the improvement of customer support and sales processes.

• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Higher Secondary education or equivalent.

• Experience: Fresher with immense communication skills. 1+ years of experience as a telecaller in a customer support or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and confident voice. Fluency in local language(s) is essential – Tamil & Malayalam

• Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of computers, mobile devices, and internet technologies.

• Customer Service Orientation: Patient, empathetic, and able to handle customer queries and complaints effectively. • Sales Aptitude: Persuasive, results-oriented, and able to close deals

• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues and provide effective solutions.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment
