Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies to drive business growth and build trust with clients
Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and television
Collaborate with external agencies to develop on-brand marketing materials
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign execution
Ensure all marketing materials meet accessibility standards and are translated as needed
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Strong understanding of online and offline marketing channels
Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
B2C marketing experience
Experience with marketing automation and project management tools
Experience working in a highly regulated industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
