Company Description The ENTFLA (Entertainment Football Association-goentfla.com) is a centralized, sports entertainment deployment platform, designed to scale sports leagues in 1/10 the traditional timeframe. Leveraging a shared services backend (from HR to Accounting), unified media, sponsorship, ticketing, merchandise and technology assets, the systematic approach offers a scalable growth model for Professional American Indoor Football teams. The league cuts out 75% of cost on a competitive basis by eliminating national travel and building teams in geographic clusters- 4 teams within a 2 to 5 hour driving distance.
Centralized media has already led to contracts with combined reach of over 200M.
The model alleviates the core risks of emerging sports leagues, and the predominant risks of Indoor Football Leagues:
• Poor League Operators
• Untested Franchise Owners
The ENTFLA combines the excitement of American indoor football (7 on 7 football played in a hockey arena- the Soccer equivalent would be the Kings League), with premier entertainment, creating a one-of-a-kind experience for fans. We aim to make sports and entertainment accessible and exciting for everyone.
Role Description The ENTFLA is inviting a select group of best-in-class Strategic Investors/ Co-Founder Owners, to join the league during its late seed stage of development. The founding position is for individuals and/or groups who want to participate in building and shaping a new model sports entertainment deployment platform (this is not an employment role).
The Strategic Investor/Co-Founder Owner role is a part-time, remote opportunity. In this opportunity, you'll work with the leadership team to shape the long-term strategy and financial framework of the organization. Core responsibilities include contributing capital investments, forging key partnerships in the sports and entertainment industries, and providing strategic guidance for growth and innovation.
You'll assist in developing business models, ensuring sustainability, and promoting the mission of redefining the sports entertainment landscape.
Qualifications
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of investment, financial planning, and business growth strategies.
• Proven ability to establish and cultivate strategic partnerships in sports, entertainment, or related industries.
• Experience in contract negotiation, business development, or mergers and acquisitions.
• Exceptional leadership and decision-making skills with a collaborative and innovative approach.
• Passion for sports and entertainment, with a track record of involvement in similar industries a strong plus.
• Willingness to contribute financially and actively participate in the organization's strategic direction.
• Experience/strong relationships in the investor and/or sponsorship community preferred.
The founding owners' role is intended for individuals and/or groups who are looking to be meaningfully aligned with the ENTFLA motto- a league of WE!. This expresses the culture of collaboration, upliftment and impact. We are seeking Owners who are prepared to commit both strategically and financially, with the expectation of making a significant investment into the business and offering involvement its development. We are attempting to engage a select group of highly aligned Owners with long-term incentives and support of the league's ongoing progress.

This is a global, remote-first role. While the league is US-based, we are working with participants around the world. This phase is selective by design, to identify a targeted number of aligned Owners at the seed stage of the organization.
