Strategic Finance Manager

They are seeking a Manager of Strategic Finance to support financial analysis, forecasting, and special projects that impact all departments, while collaborating with the Executive Team and external partners.ResponsibilitiesFinancial analysis and reporting, including ongoing trend analysis, monthly reporting packages, comparisons between actual vs. projected performance, etcOwnership of relationship with the Accounting Department, with a heavy emphasis on finance-focused reviewFinancial modeling, with focus on:DTC cohort analysis/trendsNew vs. existing customer behavior, how it relates to our projectionsRetail POS data analysis including market sizing and trend analysisExpense forecastingAssist in liquidity planning and forecastingBusiness partnership and collaboration with Ops on product margin and contribution analysisSpecial projects, including support for retail, international, and product expansionBudgeting support across marketing and other departmentsOther projects as assignedSkills1-3 years of finance experience in investment banking or private equityBachelors degreeExpert level skills in Excel and PowerPointStrong financial modeling skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and ability to take ownershipProblem solver with a sense of urgencyExcellent communication and presentation skills, for internal financial recommendations and outside investor relationsInterest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industriesExperience working with consumer product/DTC business modelsOperational financeBenefitsMedicalDentalVision401k with Squatch matchPTOHealthy snacksFrequent company eventsFree productsCompany OverviewDr. Squatch offers and manufactures grooming products of soap, deodorant, shampoo, and toothpaste with natural ingredients for men.
