Job Description for Store Operations Associate: Palm Beach Tan is currently seeking an Store Operations Associate who is self-motivated and dynamic to assist in the day-to-day operations of the salon, lead a high-performing team, and ensure customers receive exceptional service. In this role, the Assistant Manager will engage in a structured training program lasting 5 weeks, designed to prepare them for successful management and sales execution.
