Our team is passionate about helping our clients achieve their goals and improve the lives of their members. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Representative – Union Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in educating union members about the benefits available to them through their union affiliation. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide personalized support to help them make informed decisions about their benefits.
