Your Responsibilities
Β Manage the day-to-day operations of one or more sites.
Β Develop customer relationships by identifying their storage needs and providing solutions.
Β Improve sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
Β Guide new customers through rental processes and agreements
Β Handle cash and balance receipts, pursue collections, post payments, and process daily bank deposits.
Β Ensure the facility meets the highest cleanliness standards through general maintenance duties.
Β Work independently on daily tasks as well as cooperate with team members and other stores in the area.
Β Run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
Your Qualifications
Β 2+ years of customer-facing employment experience.
Β 1+ year of experience in a leadership or supervisory role preferred.
Β Strong computer skills.
Β Current, valid driverΒs license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC.)
Β High school diploma or GED equivalent required, a college education is a plus.
