Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IBM Spectrum Scale (DME) Consultant. The engagement involves deploying a 4-node Spectrum Scale setup on HPE servers integrated with NetApp storage.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Assess client environment readiness, including network setup, AD integration, and security compliance.
ā¢ Configure and implement required features:
ā¢ * Protocols (NFS, SMB, etc.)
ā¢ Encryption
ā¢ Tiering
ā¢ AFM (Active File Management)
ā¢ Address integration complexity with NetApp (NFS, FC, iSCSI).
ā¢ Support and deliver on testing and documentation requirements.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ā¢ Hands-on experience with IBM Spectrum Scale (DME).
ā¢ Strong experience with HPE server and NetApp storage solutions.
ā¢ Familiarity with enterprise environments, AD, and security best practices.
ā¢ Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
