Compensation Range : $20.90-$34.60 based on experience and location

What you’ll be doing:
• Maintains custom electronic registration forms from customers to collect and upload user information to customer accounts on StaplesAdvantage.com
• Manages day to day manual user profile maintenance for customer accounts through various methods (one-off customer emails, large file uploads, e-registration data downloads, etc)
• Creates & updates basic bulletin board messages
• Creates and updated Ship to’s,BC’S & PO’s in CSS Setup
• Possesses ability to clean up and manipulate incoming customer data using MS Excel in order to upload in a reliable and batch-ready format
• StaplesAdvantage.com as well as troubleshoot Shopping list issues
• Provides detailed analysis and reports on customer account data for Sales
• Possesses the ability to Troubleshoot Website issues

Qualifications :

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
• High School Diploma/GED
• + years previous related experience in a support or service role

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
• High level of Microsoft Office knowledge & understanding, especially MS Excel & MS Access
• Bachelor’s Degree
