Position Overview:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Ā Reviewing & process sales orders following business guidelines including but not limited to new order generation, releasing orders to distribution centers, and escalating order issues to appropriate retail team members
Ā Run and Maintain and reporting to assist in appropriate order prioritization
Ā Develop and Manage trade show special buy best practices from pricing to fulfillment
Ā Serve as a liaison between sales, operations, and IT teams to assist with ad hoc support/questions related to order management
Ā Attend and actively participates in departmental meetings and calls

Ā Experience in a high volume & task-oriented environment
Ā Self-driven with a positive attitude
Ā Customer-centric view in discussing customer internally and externally
Ā Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Excel, Outlook and Power BI
Ā Preferred knowledge of SAPWork Schedule
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to $22.00 per hour
