What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Leverage extensive datasets to optimize and evaluate AI products for medical professionals
- Create product and client-facing analytics to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with product leaders to inform and execute data team strategy
- Lead data projects from ingestion to analysis and recommendations with cross-functional teams
- Utilize modern machine learning techniques for model training and evaluation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst with complex datasets
- Advanced knowledge of statistical concepts and modern machine learning techniques
- Proven ability to design and evaluate large-scale models using frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
- Advanced SQL proficiency for complex queries and data relationships
- Strong Python skills, including object-oriented programming and modern data science libraries
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with distributed data processing tools such as Spark or Dask
- Excellent data visualization and storytelling abilities to communicate insights
