The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of accounting duties, including the preparation of financial statements, management of accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations.3+ years of relevant accounting experienceAssist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards and regulationsAssist with month-end close activities, including monthly account reconciliations and general ledger entriesAnalyze general ledger balances, investigate variances, review account reconciliationsLead daily accounting activities to ensure proper recording of transactions according to GAAP standardsAssist with accounts payable and receivable activitiesRespond and assist with invoice questions or billing statementsManage credit card reconciliationsContribute to budgeting and forecasting activitiesAssist in business system implementation projectsPrepare schedules and support documentation for monthly reporting and annual auditManage ad hoc projects as neededStrong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and financial regulationsProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Final-round candidates will be invited to travel onsite for in-person interviews. ALIS will cover all in-person travel-related expenses.
