Sr. SAP Payroll Solutions Architect
Description:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. SAP Solution Payroll Architect with strong, hands-on expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). This role supports multiple ongoing projects, providing configuration, problem-solving, and direct delivery for U.S. payroll solutions.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Partner with clients to gather requirements and design scalable SAP ECP solutions.
ā¢ Configure and support payroll schemas, rules, calculations, time management, and integration points.
ā¢ Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll, tax, and benefits requirements.
ā¢ Design and support integrations between EC, EC Payroll, and third-party systems.
ā¢ Document system configuration, business processes, and testing activities.
ā¢ Provide knowledge transfer, training, and mentorship to clients and team members.
ā¢ Stay current with SAP releases, best practices, and certifications.
ā¢ Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless module integration.
Requirements:
ā¢ 7+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience with deep, hands-on ECP expertise.
ā¢ Proven experience configuring payroll schemas, PCRs, and rules.
ā¢ Strong understanding of U.S. payroll architecture, data flow, and compliance.
ā¢ Background in client-facing consulting with excellent communication and documentation skills.
ā¢ Ability to work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
ā¢ SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Employee Central and/or Talent modules).
ā¢ International ECP implementation experience.
ā¢ Experience with replication configuration, logging, and analysis.
ā¢ Knowledge of SAP ECC Benefits integration.
ā¢ ABAP skills and/or experience leading teams or projects.
