Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (SaaS & Technical Enterprise)

Role Overview

We are seeking an elite, client-facing
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
to lead end-to-end recruitment strategy for one of our premier mid-market portfolio accounts. In this role, you won't just fill seats—you will act as an embedded talent consultant, aligning our client's growth goals with high-caliber human capital solutions.

As the primary architect of the account's hiring strategy, you will own the full lifecycle for specialized, high-impact requisitions. If you thrive on true business partnership, possess an ownership mentality, and know how to navigate complex, technical talent markets, this is your next challenge.

Core Responsibilities
• Strategic Account Leadership & Consulting
• Advisory Partnership:
Act as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, and hiring managers. Drive the intake process, challenge assumptions when necessary, and use real-time market data to steer hiring strategies.
• End-to-End Accountability:
Take 100% ownership of your assigned pipeline. Continuously track delivery metrics against SLAs and KPIs, proactively pivoting your sourcing strategies to stay ahead of hiring targets.
• Commercial Acumen:
Deeply understand the client’s product, market position, and tech stack to articulate a compelling employer value proposition to passive candidates.
• Advanced Sourcing & Ecosystem Management
• Niche Tech Headhunting:
Design and execute sophisticated sourcing blueprints to identify top-tier talent within specialized domains, specifically focusing on complex SaaS, application development, and technical solutions spaces.
• Funnel Optimization:
Manage a multi-channel candidate pipeline (passive sourcing, internal talent, and inbound applicants), leveraging rigorous screening standards to deliver a highly vetted, diverse slate of finalists.
• Offer Architecture:
Spearhead complex offer negotiations, closing high-value candidates by effectively aligning compensation structures, equity/incentives, and career growth trajectories.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration
• Vendor Optimization:
Direct and evaluate the performance of third-party search firms and agency partners to ensure seamless talent augmentation when scaling demands it.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal sourcing specialists and logistics coordinators to deliver a friction-free, white-glove candidate experience.

What You Bring to the Team
Minimum Experience (Required)
• Account/Requisition Management:
5+ years of experience leading dedicated client accounts or managing full-lifecycle requisitions as the primary point of contact for hiring managers.
• Direct Sourcing Expertise:
5+ years of hands-on candidate generation, with a proven track record of mapping markets and hunting passive technical talent.
• Agile Environments:
Extensive background working in high-velocity, high-stakes recruitment settings supporting external clients (e.g., RPO, specialized agency, or executive search firms).

Technical & Preferred Assets
• Tech Stack:
Native proficiency with
Greenhouse ATS
and modern recruitment CRMs.
• Domain Knowledge:
Strong familiarity sourcing within niche technical landscapes (SaaS, Cloud, Enterprise Software, or heavily technical sales domains).
• Communication:
Exceptional executive presence; ability to influence and debate effectively with technical leaders and C-suite stakeholders.

Engagement Details
• Duration:
12-Month Contract (with a distinct pathway to transition into a permanent, long-term corporate role based on performance).
