Sr. Manager, Payroll

Our environment is filled with hard-working, dynamic individuals who come together to ensure the success of our partner dermatologists.We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Payroll to oversee all aspects of payroll operations and is responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of payroll processes across a multiâstate, multiâentity healthcare organization. This role owns the architecture, workflows, internal controls, and compliance requirements of the payroll function and develops shortâ and longâterm strategies to drive efficiency and accuracy in payroll processing and service delivery. This position ensures timely governmental reporting and regulatory compliance, serves as a key liaison between Finance and Human Resources, and provides accurate and actionable payrollârelated data to leadership.
