This role involves supporting forecasting processes, operational finance projects, and strategic analysis to drive business performance and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesSupport the intra-quarter revenue forecast process including daily forecast updates, weekly updates, and quarterly forecast cyclesSupport forecasting materials for Board and sponsor reportingContribute to the Annual Operating Plan and long-term forecasting process, incorporating product, commercial, and market assumptionsSupport the quarterly target-setting process in partnership with cross-functional teams and drive intra-quarter holistic and initiative-specific tracking against forecastPartner with GTM & Operations teams on projects that help the business better understand and track revenue performance across different business segmentsLead Finance-side work to evaluate and improve long-standing operational processes, identifying where existing definitions, reporting frameworks, or tracking methodologies may benefit from reassessmentDrive projects that improve the quality and consistency of reporting across the organization, ensuring leadership has accurate and reliable data to support decision-makingDevelop new analytical views and reporting capabilities for senior leadership forums, surfacing discussion topics backed by rigorous financial logicOwn business case support and ad hoc product forecasting, from framing the right question to delivering a structured, assumption-driven analysisSupport revenue synergy and M&A workstreamsTake on high-priority, time-sensitive analytical projects as they arise across the Strategic Finance teamSkillsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field7-10+ years of FP&A, strategic finance, or related analytical experience, ideally in a high-growth technology or ad tech environmentDemonstrated ability to support complex forecasting processes and own special projects independently, with strong assumptions ownership and stakeholder alignmentStrong financial modeling skills across forecasting, scenario analysis, and business case developmentIntellectually curious and comfortable with ambiguity, with the ability to ramp quickly on new topics and work through open-ended problemsClear, concise communicator who can translate complex analysis into executive-ready insightsProven track record of proactive ownership and driving to answers independentlyExperience partnering with go-to-market, product, and senior leadership teamsAd tech, programmatic advertising, or mobile experienceBenefitsEquityHealth/vision/dental benefitsMedical coverageWellness stipendsCompany OverviewLiftoff helps mobile businesses maximize their revenue.
